ORDER AMOUNT: Amount of the purchase of the first order with which the customer enters the program EXCLUSIVE by GLOBAL RELAX and they are assigned their final category during their tenure in the program.

PERMANENCE TIME: Time during which the client can enjoy the benefits associated with the program EXCLUSIVE by GLOBAL RELAX.

DISCOUNT NEXT ORDERS: During your stay in the program, you can benefit from the indicated discount. To apply the discount, you must contact Customer Service in advance, who will generate a discount voucher valid for 24 hours for the purchase of the order.

MAXIMUM ORDER NO. WITH DISCOUNT: Maximum number of orders to which the discount indicated in their category can be applied, during their stay in the program EXCLUSIVE by GLOBAL RELAX.

EXTENSION OF THE OFFICIAL GUARANTEE TERM: Temporary extension of the official warranty period, once the 2 years of the Official Warranty have elapsed, or after 5 years if a Warranty Extension has been purchased. Example: a GOLD category Client will have their product covered with a Warranty of 2 years and 6 months in total (2 years official guarantee + 6 months extension of the program guarantee EXCLUSIVE by GLOBAL RELAX)

LAUNCH OF NEW PRODUCTS: When the launch of new products is announced, GLOBAL RELAX will inform clients of the program EXCLUSIVE by GLOBAL RELAX an exclusive discount for the purchase of the new product.

UPGRADE CATEGORY BY PURCHASE EXTENSION WARRANTY: For the acquisition of the Warranty Extension at the time of purchase of the product or during the 30 days following the purchase of the product, a higher level will be assigned with all the advantages associated with the new assigned level. Eg a client who, due to his purchase volume, belongs to the SILVER category and acquires a Warranty Extension, will be promoted to the higher GOLD category.

A personalized advisor will be assigned with whom the client can resolve any matter related to their product and other issues. PARTICIPATION IN FUTURE DRAWS: Promotional raffles consisting of commercial discounts, product gifts, ... Customers belonging to the Platinum and Platinum + categories may be held periodically, the holding of these raffles will be notified, and with prior written consent they will be automatically included in the participation of the same, due to their belonging to the Platinum and Platinum + categories of the program EXCLUSIVE by GLOBAL RELAX without having to meet any additional requirements that may be required by the draw itself.
