Product Return Instructions

Dear customer,

The merchandise sent in your order has been checked by the manufacturer in terms of quality and condition. If you have any questions regarding the use of the product, or if the Manual is not understandable, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

At the time of delivery, make sure that the package receive dis externally in good condition, completely closed and without signs of tampering. Otherwise, note this fact on the delivery note of the carrier, reject the shipment and notify GLOBAL RELAX, S.L. as soon as possible.

In the case of returns due to withdrawal of purchase, or because the product presents a lack of conformity (among others, that does not work correctly), we ask that you follow the indications shown below for a fast processing of them.

Withdrawal (Option not valid for companies or professionals*)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period will expire on the 14 calendar days of the day that you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify GLOBAL RELAX, S.L. (Address: POB 1.050 - Getafe, 28.905, (Madrid) - SPAIN) via email: customers@globalrelax.co.uk / customers@globalrelax.ie your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can also make an unequivocal statement of withdrawal through a letter sent by post. You can use the form of withdrawal form that we will provide, although its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding term expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received, without undue delay and in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date that we have received in our Central Warehouse the product in perfect condition, And in any case, in the new state in which it was acquired.

We will proceed to make such refund, by default, by bank transfer, to the account number, owned by the client, and indicated by the client, unless Global Relax, S.L. And the client jointly and expressly agree on another form of payment; In any case, in the case of the bank transfer, the client will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

Return Conditions

GLOBAL RELAX, S.L., will agree with the client the amount to be returned. In case of we ar or deterioration of the good due to causes that are not due exclusively to your test to make a decision on its final acquisition, GLOBAL RELAX, S.L.

You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods. Below we attach the table with the amounts corresponding to the costs of return based on the product. You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. In cases of excessive use of the property, such refund will not be accepted. Please, before using the product, decide if you are really interested in it.

Instructions for the return of the product for non-conformity

In case of breakdowns or other non conformity of the product, you must return the product in the manner indicated below. GLOBAL RELAX, S.L. You can check the lack of conformity of the product with the assistance of a technical assistance service. Instructions for the return of the product both in case of non-conformity

1. Download the withdrawal form, complete it, sign it and send it by email to: customers@globalrelax.co.uk / customers@globalrelax.ie

2. Please return the product to freight through the carrier indicated by GLOBAL RELAX, S.L. Paste the shipping label we send to the outside of the box. The carrier will contact you in advance to arrange the schedule and pick up the goods at your address. The merchandise can only be collected by the carrier after requesting the return (RMA) to GLOBAL RELAX, S.L. In no case, will be possible returns or changes in our facilities.

3. In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, which will be free of charge to the consumer and user. The seller responds to any lack of conformity that manifests itself within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

4. It is imperative that you return the complete item (with all supplements and accessories included) and with the original packaging in perfect condition or in the best possible condition. In this way, processing will be simplified. The carrier may only remove goods in an optimal state of transport.

No refund can be managed directly at our facilities, but must be delivered to the carrier for shipment. Please be advised that in order to avoid any incidents, it is necessary for smaller products (body massagers, etc.) to be protected by additional external packaging - as it has been received at your home - and thus avoid any kind of damage or manipulation of the packaging Product during transportation. For larger products (leg massagers, massage chairs, etc.) an external packaging is not necessary to protect the original, however, it is important to ensure that the product is shipped properly protected in the original box with the Protections intended for this purpose (corks, poliespan, bubble wrap, etc.) and avoiding any manipulation in the same.

For any doubt about the correct shipment of the products to GLOBAL RELAX, consult with our department of Customer Service. All returns / repairs of products that do not have the original packaging and / or that do not have the original return form (with RMA number) of GLOBAL RELAX, S.L. will be rejected.
