Warranty and Extension

OFFICIAL 2 YEAR WARRANTY

• The GLOBAL RELAX Official Warranty covers the repair of the product against any technical manufacturing defect, for a period of 2 years, from the date of purchase. The client will not assume any cost of repair, nor of collection of the damaged product, nor of return of the repaired product.
• To enforce your Official Warranty, you must contact GLOBAL RELAX and communicate your customer data (name of the buyer or customer code), and detail the fault.
• Once the warranty repair request has been processed, GLOBAL RELAX will take care of the collection of the damaged product and the subsequent delivery of the repaired product.
• An average repair period cannot be established, since in any case, it will depend on the severity of the fault.
• If the faulty product can be repaired, it will be replaced by a new product.

WARRANTY EXTENSION 5 YEARS (2 + 3)

• The Warranty Extension consists of extending the period of validity of the initial Warranty of 2 years, for an additional period of 3 more years. Therefore, the total warranty time, including the Official 2 years, plus the 3-year Extension, will be 5 years (2 + 3).
• During the validity of the Warranty Extension, all the characteristics (rights and obligations) of the initial Official Warranty are maintained.
• The hiring of the Warranty Extension (2 + 3) must be done at the same time of purchase of the product to which the Warranty is associated, or at most within a period of 30 calendar days from the purchase of the product. Any Extension of Warranty contracted after the 30-day period will be canceled and the amount of the contract will be reimbursed.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY

• Both the 2-year Official Warranty and the Warranty Extension (2 + 3) do not cover the repair of the product due to a breakdown or damage derived from a negligent use of the product by the customer (such as external damage caused by bumps, scratches , falls, abrasions, sunlight, spillage of any liquid, non-compliance with the safety regulations reported in the Instructions Manual, applying a weight greater than the maximum authorized on the product, ...)
